1. Placing an Order
Select item(s) | → | Add to cart | → | Fill information | → | Continue to shipping method | → | Continue to payment method | → | Complete order |
When you have arrived at the item you wish to order, click on "Add To Cart" and then decide your requested quantity (maximum 8 pieces for each item). When your order contains the items quantities you wish to purchase, please click on “Check out” and fill in your “information” when finished to press “Continue to shipping method”. You will then be asked to confirm shipping fee by press button “Continue to payment method”. After you chose and filled in payment information, please click on “complete order”
You will receive an Order Confirmation email immediately.

Borghese Limited is set up to take immediate orders online via credit card. This transaction will appear on your bank statement as a payment to BORGHESE or BORGHESE LIMITED.
All prices on this website are processed in Hong Kong Dollars (HK$).
All orders are acknowledged at current pricing. We will bill at price in effect at time of the payment confirmed.

- Delivery time
Under normal circumstances, shipment will arrive at the shipping address in 3-4 business days. For remote areas, it should be case by case.
- Areas in service
P.O Box is not accepted as shipping address.
Orders will be delivered to the address provided by customer when placing their order. An order can be delivered to one address only. If customer requires sending orders to multiple addresses, customer needs to place a separate order for each address.
5. Shipping Charge
With the exception of specifically listed promotions on the website, delivery policy is listed below.
- Free shipping with every order greater than or equal to HK$400 (after discount).
- HK$30 delivery fee will be charged for order below HK$400 (after discount).
6. Order Tracking
If you have a Borghese account, you can track the status and tracking number of your order by clicking on “Order Information”. Please contact SF Express by website www.sf-express.com or SF Express hotline (852) 27300273 to track your shipment.
7. Returns Policy
- Upon order confirmation, you won’t be able to change, cancel or request for refund.
- The Customer may return his/her Products and obtain a full refund if the Products in his/her order are damaged or defective upon receipt, or if the Products received are not the Products originally ordered. Upon verification and confirmation by the company of the Customer’s eligibility for a refund, the refund amount will be made via the original payment method.
